Mannino Denver
Most Outstanding Player
At the
beginning of the season, if there was a question mark about
Denver it was their goaltending. They way they rotated goalies
until this weekend pushed both of them to improve. He was
the difference, and deserved to be named the Most Outstanding
Player.

Matt
Carle
Denver
What
more can you say? He's been at Denver for two years and they've
won two national championships. He's very good with the puck,
but what impresses me so much is how he jumps into places
and plays without the puck.
D
Brett
Skinner Denver
He got
really nailed right off the bat tonight, but came back and
had a good game. I've been impressed with his whole career
in Denver. He's very solid, very effective. DU plays so big
in front of the net, and he's a big part of that. He loves
blocking shots and I think that's contagious.
F
Gabe
Gauthier Denver
The important
thing is that he always seems to be in the right place at
the right time. He's a forward that you notice, and you notice
even more because he is always in position.
F
Paul
Stastny Denver
The fact
that he could come in and be as much of an impact player as
a freshman is impressive. Obviously he comes from good hockey
heritage, and you can see that in the way that he sees the
ice so well.
F
Travis
Zajac North Dakota
I really
enjoyed watching him develop as the season progressed. He's
really effective in tight. He's a big guy, he's got great
stick skills and is very effective in close.
