| Features |
Defense
First focuses on the fundamental skills essential to defensemen's
success. Attendance each week is limited to 25 defensemen. Each
week will feature on- and off-ice instruction, video analysis,
and off-ice discussions on nutrition, conditioning, goal setting,
work ethic and character. Current NHL and former Michigan State
stars will appear at the school, as will a representative from
Bauer. |
