Inside College Hockey 's Go-To Guys – a look at the leading candidates for individual honors in college hockey – is back with a second look at the top candidates for the highest individual honor in the sport.

Inside College Hockey editors and staff, in consultation with coaches and media from around the country, compiled this list of how we would vote today – not necessarily how we think the race will turn out. And stay tuned, because a lot can change each weekend; we'll continue our looks at the Hobey, and other honors, in the coming weeks.

HOBEY BAKER AWARD – Feb. 22, 2005
1. Marty Sertich
Colorado College
Having a scorer like Sterling riding shotgun helps, but for our money, Sertich is the guy who makes the Tigers go.
34 GP, 23-35—58
2. T.J. Hensick
Michigan
Michigan has a number of talented forwards, but Hensick is the most well-rounded. He consistently lives up to his abilities, and helps his teammates do the same.
31 GP, 21-24—45
3. Colin Murphy
Michigan Tech
We're inclined to focus on the better teams, but Murphy's play has been hard to ignore – especially of late, when Tech's been, well, pretty good.
31 GP, 11-40—51
4. David McKee
Cornell
McKee's numbers just keep getting better and his team keeps winning – largely because he's backboning the nation's best defense.
20-4-3, 1.29 GAA, .941 sv%, 7 SO
5. Brett Sterling
Colorado College
Sterling's leading the nation in goals and plays the game with a grit we love. Just barely overshadowed by his linemate.
34 GP, 27-26—53
Poised to change on the fly Patrick Eaves (Boston College), Ben Walter (UMass Lowell), Matt Carle (Denver), Lee Stempniak (Dartmouth), Robbie Earl (Wisconsin)
On the Super Doppler 5000 Radar Sean Collins (New Hampshire), Andy Greene (Miami), Dov Grumet-Morris (Harvard), Tuomas Tarkki (Northern Michigan), Jordan Sigalet (Bowling Green), Jeff Tambellini (Michigan), Andrew Murray (Bemidji State)
